The Growth Company in West Yorkshire is seeking a Women's Lead to design and deliver a tailored support programme for women in the justice system. You will lead one-to-one and group interventions, build trusted relationships, and work closely with ISC and CFO Activity Hub to reduce reoffending.
This role requires empathy, resilience and experience with vulnerable women; travel across the region is expected and safeguarding and DBS processes are in place.
