The Growth Company’s Employment team is recruiting an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Advisor - in Custody to provide high-quality, labour market-informed careers advice and support. This role is based out of HMP Stoke Heath and involves working with offenders to set education, skills and work-related goals, develop employability, and search for jobs for transition back to the community.
As part of the role you may undertake NVQ Levels 4 and 6 in Advice and Guidance.
