The Growth Company is actively seeking two Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Advisors to work in custody at HMP Forest Bank. In this role, you will provide critical support to offenders, helping them set and achieve their education and employment goals, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Advice and Guidance and can excel in a performance-driven environment. Your skills will directly contribute to reducing re-offending by equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools they need for successful reintegration.
