The Growth Company's Employability Service within Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT) seeks a Work and Health Hub Guide to support delivery in our Health and Wellbeing Hubs. You will promote the service across MFT sites, build relationships with hospital departments and partner organisations, generate referrals and support participants through initial stages of their employability journey.
You will work with Health Hub teams to achieve referral targets, conduct triage calls, complete onboarding.
