The Growth Company’s Employment team is seeking a Group Facilitator to design, deliver, and evaluate dynamic group sessions that help individuals build their personal, social, and employability skills. In this role, the Group Facilitator will be working in the community to support a wide range of participants, including people who have health issues, are unemployed, experiencing barriers to work, or looking to enhance their personal development.
