The Growth Company’s Greater Manchester Business Growth Hub is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Enquiries Business Advisor who will be able to effectively diagnose customers’ growth potential and business support requirements, answering queries and managing the referral of businesses to internal or external services as required.
Since 2011, GM Business Growth Hub has supported over 15,000 businesses, providing finance guidance, international links, and fostering innovation and people development. We offer expert business support, events, specialist programs, and funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client enquiries via phone and email, assess growth potential and business needs, and build strong client relationships using appropriate tools and processes.
- Conduct initial eligibility checks to ensure clients meet project criteria before formal assessments and planning.
- Facilitate tailored introductions to internal and external support services and monitor delivery to ensure alignment with client goals and growth barriers.
- Track and collect output and impact data throughout each project lifecycle, meeting funder reporting requirements.
- Accurately record client enquiries and partner referrals in GC’s CRM system, update action plans, and ensure timely, precise administration.
- Monitor business outcomes such as job creation, safeguarded roles, GVA increases, and other project-specific impacts.
- Deliver broad and detailed diagnostics of businesses to inform development of effective growth action plans.
- Provide ongoing account management and guidance, encouraging clients to utilise relevant resources and fully implement their growth strategies.
Experience:
