The Growth Company’s (GC) Business Growth Hub (BGH) is looking for a Digital, Creative, and Tech Specialist to provide expert business growth advice to ambitious business owners and senior managers in the Digital, Creative and Technology (DCT) sectors. The role involves targeting and managing the most progressive DCT businesses in Greater Manchester (GM), assessing their growth potential, identifying barriers, and creating action plans to unlock growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling enquiries, conducting eligibility checks, implementing growth strategies, and connecting clients with the best services and expertise to enhance their business performance and growth, all while meeting operational plans and milestones.
- Handling client enquiries via phone and email, assessing growth potential and business needs.
- Ensuring potential clients comply with project eligibility criteria.
- Undertaking detailed diagnostics on businesses to develop growth action plans.
- Introducing clients to appropriate services and monitoring delivery.
- Discussing complex business issues with clients and recommending actions for growth.
- Delivering bespoke DCT sector support to meet growth potential.
- Developing and maintaining a high-level network of business/professional contacts.
- Ensuring monitoring and collection of output and impacts data.
About You:
- Degree level business education or equivalent experience.
- Extensive sector or business experience in the private sector, including senior management or Director level.
- Proven track record in managing business growth issues.
- Effective team player with professional experience in business assessment, advice, and development.
