The Growth Company is seeking an Employment Specialist to join its Employment team delivering an employability and health programme across Staffordshire. You’ll work within the community to support people with health conditions or barriers to employment, helping them move into sustainable work.

Applicants with a solid background in employability, capable of delivering tailored, community-based employment support, with understanding of vocational profiling and personalised planning, are encouraged to apply.
