We are looking to recruit two experienced Business Advisors - Growth Specialists to work with ambitious business owners and senior leaders of mid-sized organisations, providing high-quality growth advice, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses overcome barriers so they can achieve their full potential. The Business Growth Advisor – Growth Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients on an annual basis. They will work with customer groups and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email, initially assessing growth potential and business needs using appropriate tools, processes and systems, while establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key client contacts.
  • Confirming that potential clients comply with the project eligibility and suitability criteria.
  • Introducing clients to the most appropriate services (internal and external) and overseeing the delivery of those services.
  • Managing the monitoring and collection of outputs and impact data throughout the project and at the conclusion of each individual project, in line with funders’ requirements.
  • Making sure client enquiries and partner referrals are correctly recorded on GC’s and/or LCC’s CRM and associated service-specific data capture systems, with all administration completed in a timely manner.
  • Undertaking detailed discussions with clients around complex business issues to understand challenges and deliver bespoke growth support.
