Kenny Waste Management are looking for an apprentice in the administration department. This is a great opportunity to join the business, gain new skills, and learn all aspects within the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office team
- Gain exposure to multiple business functions across the Commercial Waste division
- Assist the Sales Support team with preparing quotes, updating records, and handling enquiries
- Support Customer Service by responding to customer queries and resolving basic issues
- Learn and assist with Supply Chain processes, including coordinating collections and deliveries
- Help with Broker Administration, including data entry, document management, and compliance checks
- Support Service Administration tasks such as scheduling, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information across internal systems and databases
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Participate in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements at all times
How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. Team‑wide training will be provided in each department of Commercial Waste to give you exposure to many aspects of customer services and administration.
