The predicted salary is between 18000 - 25000 £ per year.

Your role will be supporting the finance team in their day-to-day transactions, maintaining financial records and systems, assisting with bookkeeping tasks and being able to communicate with various stakeholders.

A Normal Day Would Include:

  • Managing day to day transactions
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Assisting with bookkeeping
  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions
  • Posting journals
  • Raising and posting bank transactions
  • Support month end tasks
  • Monitoring a shared finance inbox
  • Dealing with varying stakeholders across the departments e.g. sales, marketing, pre-sales
  • Being able to handle/direct finance queries
  • Support the wider finance team
  • Progress to supporting debtors process
  • Communicate via email and in person
  • Ad-hoc requests & tasks as and when suitable

Training and Support:

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role, alongside full support of the wider finance team throughout your formal training and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSEs Grades 5 and above or C and above.
  • Ideally, some accounting experience or qualifications.
