Didsbury Black Belt Academy is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to support the day‑to‑day operation of the academy. This is a wonderful role helping to deliver an excellent customer experience for members and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and CRM systems
- Contact prospective members and assist with booking appointments and trial sessions
- Follow up enquiries and missed appointments
- Welcome members, parents and visitors to the academy
- Support reception and front‑of‑house operations
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM
- Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
- Support member onboarding and customer care processes
- Assist with events, gradings and academy activities
- Carry out general administration duties
