A Pollick Ltd are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to work in their administration department. Providing day-to-day administrative support, you will gain valuable and varied workplace experience.

Undertake a range of business administration related tasks, including:

  • Answering supplier queries via telephone and emails.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Entering supplier orders & invoices on our system.
  • General administration duties.
  • Building relations with other employees.
  • Liaising with other departments.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company and by A Pollick's administration team, to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

What you should have to apply:

  • GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent.

Personal Qualities:

  • Honest and trustworthy.

Skills:

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good accurate numeracy skills.
  • Good IT skills, mainly in Word and Excel.
  • Confident telephone manner.
