This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to our continued success. Location: Yorkshire Job Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Analyse risk on all contracts Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate cost estimates. Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Manage procurement processes and evaluate subcontractor quotations. Identify and manage risks associated with contracts and projects. Ensure timely resolution of contractual disputes and claims, (taking the lead in contractual disputes). Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Lead company insurance portfolio Qualifications and Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager. Strong knowledge of haulage contracts, procurement, and cost control. Experience in contract dispute resolution Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in relevant software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
