Groves Health is seeking an ambitious Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our GP practices in Richmond.

You will have autonomy to run the site while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to deliver safe, patient-centered care and continuously improve services.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure NHS and CQC standards are met, drive service improvements and support staff development within a growing multi-site organisation.
