Now we're looking for someone to look after the people team that looks after the people.
As our HR Manager, you'll lead HR across the resort and be right at the heart of the action. You'll be the trusted partner our Heads of Department turn to, handling employee relations, policy, recruitment and onboarding, and making sure everything we do for our people is fair, consistent and done properly.
And the timing couldn't be better. With the Employment Rights Act changes afoot, you'll help shape how we respond and set the standard for what great looks like in hospitality HR.
You'll report to the Group HR Director and join a People team that genuinely cares about getting it right for every colleague, every time.
You'll thrive here if you have:
- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality or another fast-paced, shift-based environment
- The confidence to handle ER cases from start to finish, backed by a good grasp of UK employment law
- A knack for building trust with managers and frontline teams alike, coaching as well as advising
- A calm, practical approach and a love of being out on the floor rather than behind a desk.
