Whether it’s conferences and corporate events, weddings, or any other type of celebration, they have the job of managing the events diary and following pricing guidelines to maximise sales conversion for events and associated accommodation.
It’s a fast-paced, exciting role, working within an experienced and supportive team. You will be working on several events simultaneously, so you will need to be organised, efficient and reliable, with a previous track record in hospitality sales and managing a diary.
In addition to building external client relationships, you will also need to work with key departments in the hotel – chefs, the operations team, front and back of house, so good admin and communications skills are essential. Experience of using Delphi would be desirable.
