We are looking for Waiters to join our F&B team, who work across all our restaurants and in the meeting and events space here at The Grove. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for customer service, who can offer personal and thoughtful touches, taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests, making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the dishes that they might enjoy, and building a natural rapport to ensure our guests have a 5-star experience during their conference or special day and want to return to use our spaces again.
It’s important that you have a great command of the English language and a flexible attitude to working hours – the restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week, so this role will require you to cover all shifts on a rota basis. Additionally, you must be over 18 years old to serve alcoholic drinks as part of the role.
