The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Leading SEND provision across the primary phase, ensuring pupils with SEND are identified, supported and able to access the curriculum effectively. Supporting the strategic leadership of SEND, working closely with the Headteacher, Primary SLT, SENCO/Inclusion Team and wider Trust colleagues. Line managing and supporting relevant staff, including deployment and quality assurance of support. Overseeing EHCP provision, annual reviews, SEND support plans and intervention pathways to ensure statutory and school responsibilities are met. Supporting teachers to strengthen adaptive teaching, inclusive classroom practice and provision for pupils with additional needs. Monitoring the progress, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing of pupils with SEND and ensuring appropriate actions are in place. Working with parents, carers, external agencies and the local authority to secure effective support for pupils. Supporting transition arrangements for pupils with SEND, including EYFS, key stage transitions and in-year admissions. Contributing to safeguarding, behaviour and attendance work where this relates to vulnerable pupils and pupils with SEND. Supporting preparation for inspections, audits, SEND reviews and other external quality assurance activity. Ensuring accurate SEND records, evidence of provision and impact, and compliance with relevant statutory guidance. Contributing to whole-school improvement priorities, particularly around inclusion, teaching and learning, pupil outcomes and parental engagement.
