We are looking for a welcoming and guest-focused Receptionist to join our ultra-professional front of house team. As one of the first points of contact in the hotel, it is essential that our guests are wowed by a smooth check-in, useful information, and a knowledgeable team who are on hand 24 hours a day. We want anyone staying with us to feel right at home and looked after from the minute they are greeted at the door.
Previous experience of working on a hotel reception and using a well-known booking system is essential for this role, as are excellent communication and organisation skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
This role has lots of potential for professional development within a big team, and we are always looking to reward passion, initiative, and those who go the extra mile for our guests.
Please be aware that this is a permanent, full-time role and involves shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am - 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) and a night shift (11pm - 7:30am) on a rotation basis.
