The Grove in Rayleigh is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND hub. This role involves supporting children with complex additional needs, mainly in EYFS and KS1, to foster their development and confidence.
You will implement and evaluate One Plans/EHCPs under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager and class teachers. Experience with SEND and the ability to apply emotional regulation strategies are essential. Visits to the school are encouraged.
