Unity Education Trust seeks to appoint a calm and reliable adult with strong communication skills who would like the opportunity to support children as a Personal Care Assistant at Grove House Infant and Nursery School. This position offers the chance to form positive relationships with children and young people, encouraging them to reach their best support while learning. We seek someone who is confident, energetic, and open-minded. Experience working in a special school is not essential, but empathy towards young people with a range of complex needs across all age groups is required. In this role, you will provide a firm yet fair approach to communicate effectively and appropriately with the young people. Supporting these pupils can be challenging, but the rewards are immense, as you help them develop and succeed in their education while creating a safe setting focused on positive relationships.

- Completion of a declaration form to meet Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations.
- Safeguarding screening, including DBS and at least two references covering the last three years.
- Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016: speaking fluent English is essential.
