The Grove Lock is a traditional English pub occupying a great spot on the bank of the Union Canal. It maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere and enjoys a great reputation for its food.

You will be the driving force behind the success of the business, motivating and supporting the team, and creating a special atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support the team and create a special atmosphere for customers.
• Be commercially minded and make confident decision‑making.
• Take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Communicate effectively.
• Show passion for fresh food, great wines, and engaging service.
