The Vacancy This is a maternity cover role starting mid-March 2025 with the potential to cover for 12 months. Nestled within 300 acres of stunning Hertfordshire countryside, The Grove is a five-star resort renowned for its exceptional guest experiences. Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in conveying our brand\'s warmth, energy, and exciting guest experiences, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our creative vision to life. THE ROLE We’re seeking a passionate and highly skilled Graphic Designer to support The Grove’s brand communication across both digital and print touchpoints. From social media campaigns and email designs to brochures, menus, and in-resort signage, your work will inspire guests and showcase everything from our award-winning Sequoia Spa to our dining outlets, event spaces, and experiences. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our visual identity remains consistent and engaging, and you\'ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team, in-house stakeholders, and external agencies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Print Design: Create and deliver on-brand and engaging designs for digital and print collateral, including brochures, menus, signage, and event materials. Digital Design: Producing on-brand and engaging digital assets and collateral including activity guides, email campaigns, and digital ads. Brand Guardianship: Maintain and enhance The Grove\'s brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and elevated visual language across all channels. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to produce assets that support seasonal and strategic campaigns. Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaison with procurement to order and deliver collateral, as well as with key departments to deliver creative solutions tailored to their needs. Innovation & Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with design trends and luxury hospitality branding, bringing fresh ideas to elevate our storytelling. OTHER Brand guardianship for The Grove Working with the wider team to provide training for updating collateral templates Working closely with the Marketing Executive to brief and support on smaller design tasks. PERSONAL SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Illustration or similar Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC Suite, with a particular focus on Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Positive, self-starter attitude and a desire to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects at once DESIRABLE Practical knowledge of responsive HTML and CSS for email marketing Previous experience working with luxury and/or hospitality brands Previous experience working with Travelclick The Company Set in 300 acres of stunning Hertfordshire countryside, The Grove is the ultimate five-star retreat.
