About us: You will need to be flexible and used to working independently, whilst forming part of a wider team. Sherborne has a team of three Prescribing Pharmacists and three Pharmacy Technicians who work the majority of their week at one of our three practices, serving a total patient list of approximately 25,000. You will be contributing directly to our population's ongoing health needs in this vital patient-facing role. Employed by Sherborne Primary Care Network, the successful applicant will work primarily at one practice, to support the delivery of care to all our patients.

Job responsibilities: The skills required for this role include a positive attitude to collaborative working, with a focus on providing the best quality care, timely and effectively.
