We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock control.
• Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Create and implement innovative drink menus and special promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and production to ensure quality offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with company standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate staff to achieve high performance.
• Background in kitchen operations or hotel experience is advantageous.
