The Groucho Club is seeking a full-time Receptionist Host to join our Front of House team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll play a vital role in creating the warm, professional and distinctive experience that defines the Club. With a positive can-do attitude, confident presence and a genuine passion for service, you’ll deliver exceptional customer care while building strong relationships with members and their guests. Your energy, discretion and attention to detail will help ensure every visit to the Club feels special.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests and bedroom guests
- Build rapport with members and understand their preferences
- Manage reception desks, calls, emails and guest sign-ins
- Take restaurant, event and bedroom bookings
