Job Description

Events Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join the team at The Groucho Club. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests, working closely with the Events Manager and Senior Events Manager to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires excellent communication, time management, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering memorable moments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing event enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely responses and successful conversions.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of events from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all event details are communicated and delivered effectively.
  • Creating bespoke menus, place cards, and signage with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ensuring all event documentation is accurate and up to date, including top sheets and internal communications.
  • Attending weekly events meetings and maintaining daily communication with the Events Manager and Senior Events Manager.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and diary management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Confident using event management systems and Microsoft Office.
