The Groucho Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to lead the Front of House operation at one of London’s most iconic private members’ clubs.
As the Club Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the actionen suring every member and guest feels at home while driving high standards of service, operations, and team leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the club.
- Leading and motivating the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.
- Building strong relationships with members, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Overseeing club operations, from service standards to ambience, health & safety, and daily reporting.
- Supporting and developing staff through coaching, training, and clear direction.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
