We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie with passion, precision, and a strong attention to detail. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the running of a section, ensuring it is fully prepped and ready for service.
  • Preparing ingredients to specification, maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation at all times.
  • Assisting in cooking and plating dishes during service, working with precision and speed in a high-pressure environment.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation, ensuring all mise en place is in place before service begins.
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently upheld.
  • Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, coordinated service.
  • Monitoring stock levels within your section and supporting with ordering and minimising waste.
  • Learning and developing your technical skills, taking feedback constructively to grow within the role.
  • Assisting with deliveries and correct storage of produce, ensuring quality and freshness are maintained.
  • Contributing to the overall flow and energy of the kitchen, helping to deliver a seamless dining experience for members.
