What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistency and care
  • Learning from and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to build your culinary skills
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Help mentor and train junior kitchen team members
  • Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient, and stocked
  • Taking pride in presentation and ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing
  • Working as part of a passionate team to deliver top-notch dining experiences
