We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in a newly refurbished and totally amazing premium pub.

Well loved local pub

The Griffin is temporarily closed for refurbishment.

Set to re-open in Spring 2027, The Griffin will be transformed to take it's place as part of the group of exceptional Hall & Woodhouse community pubs.

The pub has been much loved as a central part of life for locals and visitors for many years and following extensive refurbishment it will re-open with a sprinkle of Hall & Woodhouse magic, all new facilities, great new menus, fabulous ales and day-making hospitality ….

The new GM will start ahead of time and train into the role at other H&W pubs so they are fully prepared to lead the re-opening.

  • An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
