This is a full-time on-site Head Chef role located in the Greater Oxford Area. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations and a brigade of 5 chefs, including menu planning, sourcing high-quality local ingredients, and ensuring the preparation of top-quality dishes that meet the standards of a 2 AA Rosette establishment. The role requires managing and mentoring the kitchen team, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, controlling stock and costs, and striving to deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience for all guests.
