Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will play a vital role within the classroom, supporting children to access learning and thrive in a stimulating and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to meet the child’s individual learning needs
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Adapt your approach with patience, understanding, and effective communication
