This is a unique role that blends delivering exceptional treatments with leading operational excellence, mentoring, and inspiring our therapists and apprentices. A newly created role within our 5 bubble spa rated boutique spa which we anticipate adding real value to the spa, customers and team.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering luxury treatments to the highest standard, exceeding guest expectations every time.
Acting as a role model for the spa team, setting benchmarks in guest experience, treatment delivery, and professional standards.
Leading training and development for our therapists and apprentices, ensuring continuous upskilling and confidence across the team.
Driving treatment and operational excellence: from diary and stock management to retail and revenue opportunities.
Supporting the Spa Manager by stepping into leadership duties when required.
Championing innovative techniques such as Hands-Free Massage, ensuring the team can build long and fulfilling careers.
What we’re looking for:
A qualified Beauty/Spa Therapist with NVQ Level 3/4
Proven experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
A genuine passion for both delivering treatments and helping others to grow and develop their skills.
Strong organisational and operational abilities, with the confidence to balance treatments, training, and spa operations.
Excellent communication and coaching skills — you enjoy sharing your knowledge, giving feedback, and inspiring confidence in others.
A natural leader with empathy and patience, able to motivate, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
