The Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth is seeking a talented Sous Chef to strengthen our kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef across the restaurant, weddings, events and seasonal menus.
You will lead and motivate the team, ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard, manage stock and GP, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Previous Sous Chef experience and Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred.
