We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-focused and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team. This is a key role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
- Clean to the highest standards maintaining strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ensure housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
- Support other team members when required to ensure all rooms are completed in time and to the standard required.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent standards for positive guest experiences.
