  • 24 hours a week, 5am-1pm
  • Rate of pay is based on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistent standard.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety practices at all times.
  • Set up and organise your section ahead of service.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
  • Support the wider kitchen team where required.
  • Ensure all food is presented to the highest standard in line with brand expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to work early morning shifts.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and passion for quality food.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
