We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-focused and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team. This is a key role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
- Lead by example, maintaining strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Assist with allocating daily room assignments and checking completed rooms.
- Ensure housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
- Train, support and motivate team members to maintain consistent standards.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and liaise with relevant departments.
- Monitor linen levels, stock and housekeeping supplies.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
