Introduction

With three sites, we support nearly 100 young people aged 11 to 25, each with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Our close‑knit staff create a safe, non‑judgmental environment that encourages growth and resilience.

The Business Development Manager will support the Executive Team to drive growth, financial sustainability, and impact. The role combines strategic business development with brand positioning and external communications, positioning the Foundation as a trusted thought leader in the SEN and education community.

  • Stakeholder & External Engagement: Build strong relationships with schools, funders, media, and policymakers; represent the Foundation at events and high‑level meetings; design and deliver events that deepen partner engagement and position the Foundation as a sector leader.
