Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major cable route projects across West Ham and Islington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term infrastructure project, overseeing site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and coordinating day-to-day activities to keep works progressing safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily site activities across cable route works
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with company procedures
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver work on programme
  • Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works meet project specifications
  • Maintaining compliance with NRSWA requirements and health & safety legislation
  • Liaising with project managers, clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
  • Reporting on site progress, issues and resource requirements
  • Supporting the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects

Key Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
  • Previous experience supervising cable route projects
  • Utilities experience (electricity, water, telecoms or similar)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and site management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate site teams effectively
