We are a fast-growing distributed energy business operating within a leading institutional-backed renewable energy platform. We develop, own and operate fully funded commercial solar, battery storage and EV charging solutions across complex, multi-technology environments in the UK and selected European markets.

As we scale, we are entering an important phase of growth across UK commercial & industrial (C&I) sectors while expanding into Europe through a structured multi-country platform strategy. We are seeking a commercially driven Growth Marketing Manager to help define and scale our market presence, build a high-performance demand generation engine, and strengthen our positioning across priority sectors. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy, leadership exposure, and direct influence on commercial strategy across UK and European markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Sector Strategy
    • Develop clear, differentiated messaging across priority C&I sectors
    • Work closely with commercial, technical, and sales teams to shape value propositions
    • Translate complex multi-technology solutions into compelling market narratives
    • Provide market insight, competitor analysis, and sector intelligence
    • Support targeted campaigns across key clients and partners
  • Demand Generation & Commercial Performance
    • Build and scale a high-performing B2B demand generation engine
    • Increase pipeline volume and improve conversion rates across long sales cycles
    • Own LinkedIn and digital thought leadership strategy (share of voice leadership)
    • Deliver market-leading content: articles, insights, and opinion pieces
    • Lead marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
    • Optimise CRM usage and identify data-led growth opportunities
    • Test, refine, and scale acquisition channels to maximise ROI
  • European Market Development (c.40–50%)
    • Support market entry strategy across selected European countries
    • Localise messaging and positioning by market and regulatory environment
    • Build early-stage brand awareness and credibility in new territories
    • Align with wider European platform stakeholders
  • Brand, Channels & Budget Ownership
    • Own and manage the marketing budget with full autonomy
    • Oversee digital performance (website, SEO, paid channels)
    • Manage external agencies and optimise third-party spend
    • Ensure consistent brand execution across all markets

About You
