Role Overview:

The Site Manager will oversee on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV construction on behalf of the IPP. This role ensures the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while representing the IPP’s interests on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and contractor performance.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and enforce site safety.

Track progress, quality, and site logistics; report to head office.

Represent the IPP during site inspections, audits, and coordination meetings.

Monitor installation quality against project specs and standards.

Identify and address site issues proactively to avoid delays.

Requirements:

5+ years of construction/site management experience, including utility-scale solar.

Knowledge of PV systems, EPC workflows, and project lifecycle.

Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Familiarity with IPP priorities: cost control, risk mitigation, and asset performance
