The client is looking for a Senior BREEAM Manager to lead the BREEAM team and build new relationships within an already established client base including the likes of Aldi Supermarkets.
Personal Specification
- 5 Years’ experience within Built Environment or Sustainability sector
- Experience in areas such as, (but not limited to); BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Space and Design, Life Cycle Analysis, Quantity Surveying, Sustainability, Environmental Services, SAPs, Building Services
- Degree in relevant field e.g. Sustainability, Environmental, STEM
- BREEAM Accredited Professional (or equivalent)
