Due to an exciting time of company growth and on the back of growing client demands we are in search of a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Investment team in London. As a Senior Consultant in our Energy and Infrastructure Investment team, you’ll play a key role in growing our client universe, sourcing the best candidates and leading client delivery across both retained and contingent mandates.

Key Competencies and experience:
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate the value and suitability of candidates to clients.
  • Skilled in influencing decision‑making processes of both clients and candidates in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Experienced in engaging with clients to understand their needs and present tailored candidate solutions and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the foresight to anticipate market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Flexible and responsive to changes in client requirements or candidate availability, maintaining service continuity.
  • Capable of managing disruptions such as last‑minute job specification changes or urgent client demands with composure and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude toward taking on new responsibilities beyond the usual scope.
  • Able to develop deep expertise in a specific market or region, establishing themselves as a subject matter expert.
  • Thorough understanding of competitors, client landscape, and candidate demographics within the target market.
  • Experience in proactively researching and monitoring industry developments, salary trends, and talent shortages.
  • Ability to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights, such as anticipated changes in hiring practices or talent availability.

  • 2 years+ recruitment experience
  • Energy and/or Infrastructure market experience
  • Keen interest in the green energy and infrastructure sector

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
