I’m currently supporting a leading global private markets investment manager with the appointment of a Senior Associate to join its Client & Investor Relations function. This is a 12-month maternity cover, with a particular focus on Client Compliance, KYC and investor onboarding. The role will sit at the intersection of Investor Relations, Client Services and Compliance, supporting institutional investors across the client lifecycle.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing and coordinating KYC / AML and client due diligence processes
- Supporting the onboarding of new institutional investors
- Working closely with Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations and wider Client Services teams
- Managing investor documentation and responding to compliance-related information requests
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently
- Supporting ongoing client compliance requirements and maintaining accurate investor records
3-4 years of experience. We’re particularly interested in individuals with experience across private markets / asset management who have worked in Client Services, Investor Relations Operations, Client Compliance, KYC or Investor Onboarding.
