The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to lead and expand the company’s UK sales operations across B2C and B2B channels. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in Solar PV sales, covering residential, I&C, and utility sectors, and will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth across multiple market segments.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in residential, I&C, and utility solar PV markets.
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and project partners.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in solar PV sales across residential, I&C, and utility markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Established network of industry contacts in the UK solar sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Remuneration
Salary: £70,000 – £100,000, dependent on experience.
