A fast-growing UK renewable energy platform is hiring an Operations Manager to standardise and scale operations across a group of installation businesses. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on improving systems, processes, and day-to-day performance. You’ll work on-site with regional teams to fix broken workflows, drive system adoption, and build a repeatable playbook for integrating new acquisitions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and improve operational standards across multiple businesses
- Embed on-site to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions
- Lead adoption of field service, CRM, and finance systems
- Design end-to-end workflows from sales through to installation and aftercare
- Build integration playbooks for newly acquired businesses
- Drive KPI improvements (efficiency, margins, job delivery)
- Lead change with teams used to legacy ways of working
