The business delivers a diverse range of renewable technologies, including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, heat pumps, and energy efficiency solutions for residential, commercial, and public sector clients.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead and develop operations across multiple locations within a growing renewable energy business. As Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of multiple branches and operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.   • Support recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, and training initiatives across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and key partners.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational and customer matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and leadership teams to support business growth, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Multi-Site Leadership Experience – Proven success managing multiple branches, business units, or operational teams within a regional or area management capacity.
  • Industry Background – Previous experience within renewable energy, solar, electrical, construction, utilities, heating, engineering, or field service environments.
  • Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability drivers.
  • Strategic Leadership Skills – Ability to translate business objectives into effective regional strategies and operational plans.
