The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and develop our pricing function across electricity and gas procurement. You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, analysing supplier offers, and supporting the commercial team with accurate, competitive pricing solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead pricing across fixed & flexible energy contracts
- Prepare and manage customer pricing submissions
- Analyse supplier offers and build clear comparisons
- Develop pricing strategies aligned to market conditions
- Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions
- Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools (Excel)
- Support tenders, renewals, and bespoke procurement projects
- Provide technical pricing guidance across the business
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in the energy industry
- Strong background in energy procurement pricing
- Experience with fixed & flexible contracts
- Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large datasets)
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience in energy consultancy, broker, or supplier environment
- Knowledge of non-commodity costs and market drivers
- Experience supporting tenders and client-facing pricing
- Familiarity with CRM/reporting tools or pricing platforms
