The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and develop our pricing function across electricity and gas procurement. You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, analysing supplier offers, and supporting the commercial team with accurate, competitive pricing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead pricing across fixed & flexible energy contracts
  • Prepare and manage customer pricing submissions
  • Analyse supplier offers and build clear comparisons
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned to market conditions
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions
  • Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools (Excel)
  • Support tenders, renewals, and bespoke procurement projects
  • Provide technical pricing guidance across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in the energy industry
  • Strong background in energy procurement pricing
  • Experience with fixed & flexible contracts
  • Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large datasets)
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Experience in energy consultancy, broker, or supplier environment
  • Knowledge of non-commodity costs and market drivers
  • Experience supporting tenders and client-facing pricing
  • Familiarity with CRM/reporting tools or pricing platforms
